The best thing to do is have a plan. Come in prepared with a workout so you’re not walking around in circles. Have a pre-made workout in hand so you can feel comfortable and get shit done.
Some people opt to get a trainer for the first month or so to become familiar with their surrounding. whatever you decide on, come prepared.
